Bring a sample of your favorite holiday bread and recipe to share.  Tell the story of the bread as well as tips and tricks you have learned when baking.

The library will be baking Corn Pau.  This is a southern favorite at the holidays.  In the north, people call it call corn bread pudding. The story of how the Corn Pau recipe has regioinally evolved is fun to share.
