Let’s get crafty! This month’s adult Chapters of Wellness gathering has us focusing on connection - the connection to our own creativity and connection to a group of others there to enjoy great company while working with their hands! We’ll craft a holiday rag flag, that can be displayed for Memorial Day, the 4th of July, Veterans Day, and all the other in between patriotic moments of the year. Contact the library to sign up....
Grab your latest project and come on over! Sometimes it’s nice just to get out of the house, have some laughs and great conversation with some friends while you work on your latest crochet project, maybe updating your photo album, or even just doing a word search puzzle! The table is yours the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month from 2-4pm.
Looking to add to your personal collection? Come on down to the Library for our Annual Book Sale! There will be books and DVDs galore, just waiting for a new home! Come fill your shelves AND support the library! Rumor has it there may even be another brat fry! Mark your calendars and come on down! Friday, May 23rd from 10a-3p and Saturday, May 24th from 10a-1p.
In observance of Memorial Day, the Pine River Library will be closed. We will re-open as scheduled on Tuesday, May 27th at 6pm.
Our annual Kids Summer Reading Program kicks off on June 16th and runs through July 26th! This year’s theme is Color Our World and we’re going to fill our summer reading weeks with colorful activities and lots of amazing reading!
