It’s time to stretch & strengthen while we building flexibility and balance. Come on over to the library for Outdoor Chair Yoga! We’ll push the tables aside and roll out our mats under the pavilion. For a little extra strengthening, bring some light hand weights. Bring your mat, we’ll have the chairs - but make sure you let us know you’re coming so we can be sure to have enough on hand!
